Our Future Plans

During the next three years, we need to begin this project for the continual growth of our church. The timing of this project will be dependent upon funding and county processing. We cannot do everything at once but we must start on something now!

Property

We purchased 27 acres of property in Howell Township for approximately $224,000. The owner of said property generously donated an additional 19 acres, bringing the total size to 46 acres. The zoning of this piece of property permits the building of the following structures:

1. House of Worship
2. Schools
3. Community Center

In order to adequately serve the needs of our growing congregation, the first phase of our project will be to build a facility totaling approximately 11,000 square feet. A building this size would comfortably seat 400 people.

Worship Center
{$1.8 million}

SANCTUARY - will feature carpeted floors; padded chairs; raised altar for worship team, choir, raised baptismal pool; and contemporary stage lighting for dramas and musicals. A secured PA and TV equipment room; a glass enclosed room that enables parents of newborns to view the service when they need to exit the main sanctuary to take care of their babies.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH - will feature fully equipped classrooms for children ranging in age from infant to twelve years. In addition, we will provide a large nursery with cribs, changing tables and other required equipment along with a toddler room with all the proper furnishings and equipment to minister to tomorrow’s leaders.

TEENAGERS - will feature equipped multi-purpose rooms for youth 13-17 years of age.

MUSIC & FINE ARTS REHEARSAL ROOMS -will feature choir and musician rehearsal areas, as well as space for dance and drama.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES - space for church administration, counseling, reception area for guests and a conference room.

OTHER TOOLS - a bookstore, prayer room, and multi-purpose room.
