Director: Pastor John Madden “and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” Acts 1:8 (NIV). The church is God’s plan for man’s salvation, and as such, needs to sound the message of the gospel throughout the world. Our evangelism ministries are Christ Church’s way of reaching those who may, for various reasons, not attend local church services. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Director: Pastor John Madden Through the Prison Ministry, inmates are introduced to the Word of God and learn how to have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus says in Matthew 25:36-49, “I was in prison and you visited me...” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Director: Pastor John Madden The Rehab Ministry celebrates God’s healing power in our lives through recovery principles and the Christ-centered 12 steps. This experience allows people to be changed; doors are opened by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, people become willing to accept God’s grace in solving life’s problems. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Director: Pastor John Madden Our desire as a church is to fulfill the great commission stated in Matthew 28:19-20. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” Teams of committed believers travel throughout the world to share the gospel to all man. We have visited the following countries: Africa (Kenya, Zambia, Nairobi, Monrovia), Jordan, Russia (Budapest, Moscow), Asia (China), and Venezuela. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hospital Ministry ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ministry Leader: Leroy Minson The Youth Detention ministry provides support to teenaged inmates at the Secaucus Youth Detention Center in Secaucus, NJ. Our goal is to introduce them to Jesus Christ and help them build a lasting relationship with the Savior.
