Through a series of lectures, the 6-week course will explore the inner workings of the church leadership process, which will include criteria for leadership, character qualifications, and how to lead others. The main goal of this course is to help prospective leaders think systematically, critically, and creatively about church leadership in the 21st century. Upon completion of this course, the student should have the tools and processes needed to effectively lead in the church and the marketplace.
